The My Classes page may be available to teachers and students on your site depending on role permissions and if class level data available your site. You may not have access to all of the features described on this page.

  • Teachers can view their classes, schedule a test, and access student information, reports, accommodations, and results.
  • Students can view their classes and access their tests.

Overview of My Classes Features Available for Teachers

  1. Click My Classes in the left navigation. You will see a list of your classes.
  2. Select Schedule a Test to schedule a test for your students.
  3. Select a class to access the Class Report. From here, you can:
    • Switch the view from Roster (a list of your students) to Administration (a list of your tests).
    • Switch tabs from District Tests to Classroom Tests.
    • In Roster view, select more menu () for a student to access the Individual Student Results (ISR) report, Accommodations, Student Info, and Student Results.
    • In the Administration view, select the more menu for a test to access additional reports.


Classroom Reports

The following screenshots show some of the reports available from the My Classes page. You can select the more menu to access additional reports as instructed above. Classroom reports are based on tests students in your class have completed, regardless of how they were assigned to a proctor group.

Tip: Your class reports show test results for any test with a matching subject by default (a math class will show math tests). You can clear the subject filter to see results of all exams students in your class have completed. To do so, select Filter Administrations and select the appropriate filters.

Print Cards (Test Tickets) from the Class Report

Teachers can print cards with student test credentials from their Test Report view. Using the Print Cards icon opens a new browser window with the print modal, listing all the students from the Test Report. The student's name and the Field Set information are displayed on the cards for printing. The print modal offers various layouts and groupings for the printing of the cards.

  1. Navigate to My Classes and select a class
  2. In the Class Report > District Tests or Classroom tab, select and administration
  3. Click the Print Cards icon.

Test Report

On the top right of the Test Report, you can perform the following actions:

  • Select the Proctor icon to proctor a test. 
  • Select the Apply Scores icon to score extended text items. A red number indicates the number of responses you need to score.
  • Select the Refresh icon to refresh the page.
  • Click the Export button to export the test report to a CSV file (on most Test Report tabs).

For a student listed in the Test Report, you can:

  • Submit Session for an in-progress test. This will force a test submission and end the student's test session.
  • Reseat Session for a submitted test if the student accidentally submitted their test, etc.
