For customers who do not send class roster data, the Test Assignment Tagging feature provides a way to associate students with a course-based test such as Geometry or Biology. It can also be used to facilitate assigning off-grade students, or other situations in which testing eligibility is not based on specific grade or courses. Users with access to view students in the Rostering area can search for students by assignment tag. Authorized users can individually modify students or use the Student Assignment Tags Upload feature to add or remove test assignment tags.
You can filter on all students who have a specific assignment tag. If you know how many students are enrolled in Geometry, for example, you can use this feature to confirm the number matches in ADAM.
- Go to Rostering > Users.
- Select an assignment tag. The number in parentheses indicates how many matching students appear in the list.
