PS100s - .zip Errors
Error codes below relate to the .zip file or the contents failing to load in the system.

PS000 | Error: File Not Loaded - System Error. Contact Pearson Support. | A System error prevented the file from being imported. Try the import again or call the Pearson customer support number to have the Customer Support 2 agent assist you. |
PS100 | Error: File Not Loaded - The file you are trying to import is not a valid zip file. | Re-zip the file and ensure that you can unzip it and open it prior to posting it to the SFTP server. |
PS101 | Error: File Not Loaded - The zip file is empty. | Re-zip the file and verify the size of the file is not 0 bytes. |
PS102 | Error: File Not Loaded - The zip file must have a name with the current epoch time format. | Re-zip the file with the standard epoch time format. Contact Pearson customer support if you need help with this. |
PS103 | Error: File Not Loaded - The date of the zip file is older than the most recent file processed. | Re-zip the file with the current epoch time. |
PS104 | Error: The date of the zip file is greater than current epoch time | Re-zip the file with the current epoch time. |
PS110 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Invalid Data, status must be empty for bulk processing | Update the file and remove any data in the "status" field for bulk files. If you are attempting to import a delta file, the manifest must be updated with "delta" for the appropriate file. |
PS111 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Invalid Data, dateLastModified must be empty for bulk processing | Update the file and remove any data in the "dateLastModified" field for bulk files. If you are attempting to import a delta file, the manifest must be updated with "delta" for the appropriate file. |
PS112 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Invalid Data, status must not be empty for delta processing | Update the file and populate the "status" field with "active" or insert or update a record and "tobedeleted" to remove a record from Pearson Access. *Remember delta file changes are overwritten with the next bulk file import. |
PS113 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Invalid Data, status must not be populated for bulk, for delta it must be populated with "active" or "tobedeleted" | Update the file based on the error message and error details. If this does not resolve the error contact Pearson customer support. |
PS114 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Invalid Data, dateLastModified must be empty for delta processing | Update the file and remove any data in the "dateLastModified" field for bulk files. If you are attempting to import a delta file, the manifest must be updated with "delta" for the appropriate file. |
PS120 | Error: Record Not Loaded - Record not found | The record you are attempting to update with the delta file is not found. Review the error details and the source data, then update the file and try again. If this does not resolve the error contact Pearson customer support. |
PS121 | Error: The Record you are attempting to delete is already deleted. No action needed. | No action is needed, the record you are attempting to delete is already in that state. |
PS122 | Error: Record Not Loaded - The dateLastModified is earlier than the date last modified for the record. Update with the current date and reload. | Update with the current date and reload. If this does not resolve the error contact Pearson customer support. |
PS123 | Error: Unable to delete this Record due to dependent child records that must be deleted first before this record can be deleted. | A record with associated child records will not be deleted. All child record associations must be cleaned up/removed before the record can be deleted. If you need assistance with this contact Pearson customer support. |
PS124 | Error: User does not have authorization to update the DB for record's organization | You are attempting to make changes to a record that is associated to an organization you do not have authority to change. Contact you local admin to update your role/permissions. |
