PS900s System and Local File Import Errors

The error codes below relates to either a system error or errors with a local file import.

PS900	Unknown error encountered - There file may be corrupt, retry and then contact Pearson Support.	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS901	Error: Record Not Loaded - Unable to download Files. Contact Pearson Support.	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS902	Error: Record Not Loaded - System exception while processing the users file. Contact Pearson Support.	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS903	Error: Record Not Loaded System exception while processing the orgs file	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS904	Error: Record Not Loaded - System exception while processing the students file	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS905	Error: Record Not Loaded - System exception while processing the classes file. Contact Pearson Support.	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS906	Error: Record Not Loaded - System exception while processing the manifest file. Contact Pearson Support.	Contact Pearson support to troubleshoot and resolve.
PS910	Error: Record Not Loaded - Field limit exceeded	Follow instructions in the error details. If you cannot resolve this issue, contact Pearson support.
PS912	Info: Record cant be marked deleted due to processing error	Follow instructions in the error details. If you cannot resolve this issue, contact Pearson support.
PS913	Error: Record Not Loaded - Data is missing or incorrect for the record, this prevents deletes and transfers from happening for the entire file until the record is fixed	Follow instructions in the error details. If you cannot resolve this issue, contact Pearson support.
PS950	Error: File Not Loaded -System Error: Contact Pearson Customer Support to resolve .zip issues.	Follow instructions in the error details. If you cannot resolve this issue, contact Pearson support.
PS951	File Not Loaded. Customer Code is a required field.	Open the file you attempted to import. Update the Customer Code column with the value that Pearson provided your project. If you don't know the customer code, please contact Pearson.
