You can update one or more student passwords if student sign-in credentials were compromised before the start of an online test. 

Step-by-Step

  1. In the main menu, click (or tap) Sessions.
  2. Click a session name, or first, enter search criteria.
  3. Select a student or students, and click Reset Student Password. The system generates a new password for the selected students.
